SOURCING SERVICES
A clearer path
from brief to supply.
Bring product requirements, supplier questions and commercial details into one focused conversation. Start with the material you need and the market you serve.
Support across the sourcing conversation
Ingredient requirements
Share the product name or CAS, required form and target specification. We clarify the identity and the information needed for a useful supplier discussion. Different grades, salt forms and packaging requirements are considered separately.
Supplier & document coordination
Tell us what your purchasing and technical teams need to review. We communicate requests for specifications, SDS, COA and relevant supplier information, and identify any missing details for follow-up.
Commercial & delivery questions
Bring quantity, pack size, destination and timing into the discussion early. Price, minimum quantity, availability, lead time and delivery terms are confirmed for the particular request.
From first inquiry to agreed next steps
01 / Define the brief
Send the material name, specification, quantity, intended business use and destination. If you already have a reference specification or document list, include it with your inquiry.
02 / Clarify the details
Review product identity, supplier information, available documents and any differences from your requirements. Open questions are clarified before a proposed supply scope is confirmed.
03 / Review the proposal
Consider the applicable specification, proposed packaging, quotation and delivery terms together. Confirm which documents are available and whether they relate to a sample or a particular batch.
04 / Coordinate the next step
Once the parties have agreed the requirements and terms, coordinate the next actions and any outstanding document requests. Changes to quantity, destination or specification should be reconfirmed.
